Today we tried Hour of Code on iPads!  This is an introductory program that allows kids to learn the basics of computer programming and coding.  It was a blast learning how to create our own Star Wars game.  Students can go online anytime and continue to code using various themes (Frozen, Minecraft, Angry Birds, etc)

* Shelyn is holding a food drive for families in need.  If you would like to donate non-perishable food items, please send them next week with your child.  For example, we have received cans of tuna, boxes of stuffing, canned peaches, and candy so far.
